Congratulations to Meridian's Newly-Elected Directors - 2008

We would now like to introduce our newly-elected Board Members for 2008 and offer them congratulations. To learn more about these individuals, you can refer to the Newly Elected Directors brochure below.

Why these names are being announced now, when the Director vote was planned for mid April.

This year there was no need for Meridian to conduct a vote for the Director elections as the number of vacancies on the Board was equal to the number of candidates for the ballot. As a result, the above named individuals have been acclaimed to their positions on the Board which they will assume after the Annual General Meeting.
