THE EXCHANGE®

You can use THE EXCHANGE® ABMs just as if they were Meridian ABMs.

NO Interac Fee ($1.25) — and NO Surcharge fee (typically $1.50) for using one of these partner ABMs.

We've formed alliances with over 250 participating Canadian Financial Institutions allowing you to withdraw cash, make deposits, transfer money and obtain balance information at over 2,300 locations displaying THE EXCHANGE® Network logo in Canada — 500 additional ABMs in Ontario alone. You can also make withdrawals from THE EXCHANGE® ABMs in the United States.

Interac® Direct Payment

Withdraw cash from your linked accounts at any ABM in Canada with an Interac® logo.

There is a $1.25 Network access fee charged by Meridian. As well, most owners of the ABM charge an additional surcharge fee for using their machine.

Cirrus®

Use any international ABM with the Cirrus®, logo on it to access cash from your linked Meridian Accounts.

The Cirrus® Network access fee is $2.00 for transactions made in the United States and $4.00 where available internationally.

Interac® Point of Sale Direct Payment Purchases

Interac® Direct Payment is a service that allows members to use their Debit Cards to pay for purchases directly from their chequing or savings accounts.

It is convenient, very easy to use with your Personal Identification Number — and in Canada — is now more widely used than Cash!

Note: ABM and point-of-sale proprietors may surcharge for the use of their machines.
