What happens to my pre-set payments and deposits?

Your pre-authorized transactions will continue to be processed for a period of time. You will, however, need to update your account information soon after the transition. For more information, click here.

What if I had post-dated cheques?

Your post-dated cheques will continue to be processed for a period of time. We encourage you to replace current post-dated cheques with the new ones you have received. For more information, click here.

What about my ABM debit cards and cheques?

If you regularly used ABMs or wrote cheques, you would have received a new Meridian Member card and cheques before transition. If you did not receive these by May 22, 2012, please contact your branch. For more information about cheques, click here. For more information about ABM debit cards, click here.

Has my Folio/account numbers changed?

Yes, you would have received new Meridian account numbers for your products. These have been sent to you as part of your Transition Kit.
