Meridian Credit Union’s 2024 Annual General Meeting took place on April 18, 2024, in person at the Meridian Arts Centre in North York, as well as by webcast and teleconference.

What happened at the Annual General Meeting?

• Reports from Management, the Board, and the Audit & Finance Committee
• Approval of the 2023 audited consolidated financial statements and appointment of the 2024 external auditors
• The newly elected Directors were announced

The four Candidates elected to the Board of Directors for a three-year term are: Philip Armstrong, Betsey Chung, Karen Farbridge (re-elected), and Suanne Nielsen (re-elected).
