Lori:

It truly is such an honour to do the work that we do and to see the tremendous capacity that people have for healing. We're so grateful for the support of Meridian Credit Union and other supporters, as having access to trauma-specialized therapy is life changing and, as our outcome measures demonstrate, at times it's even life saving.

[Screen shifts back to title card and a woman’s voice reads out the words: Meridian, where banking feels good.]

Attachment and Trauma Treatment Centre for Healing

Niagara’s Attachment and Trauma Treatment Centre for Healing (ATTCH) took third prize last year. The critical need for free, supportive mental health services has perhaps never been more apparent than in the last few years. ATTCH provides free and low-cost therapy as a non-profit without government funding, focusing holistic wellness to simultaneously calm the body and the mind, forming new neuropathways and new ways of thinking and being. With the funds from this award they were able to see more clients requiring urgent services.
