About Balanced Wellness Centre

Throughout February, 2022, we’ll feature Jillian Dowling’s course on healthy sleep — “The Broken Alarm Clock”.
Dowling, a renowned sleep expert, has helped families — from infants to adults — learn how to achieve healthy sleep. Be sure to watch each seminar in this 3-week series.
