Call the Contact Centre at 1-866-592-2226 and choose Option 3 if you have been locked out of online banking or the Automated Funds Transfer Platform (AFT), need to add a service or want training on a service, need support adding a payee or paying a bill, or need to add a user or administrator to online banking or AFT.
