Enhanced customer experience online, in person, or over the phone
MyCardInfo will be replaced with eZCard, designed to help you manage your credit cards simply, securely, and effectively.

Cardholders can register for the eZCard portal starting October 9. Visit and follow the instructions on eZCard
eZBusiness – a dedicated portal for company administrators
Stay in control of your business account by reviewing all associated business accounts, reset passwords, and create alerts.
Plus, manage your expenses – eZBusiness will display items that need your immediate attention, like overdue payments or payments coming due in 5 days. eZBusiness will be available as of October 10, 2022.
Continue to enjoy competitive rewards
You won't lose any points you’ve accumulated to date – they’ll carry over to your new account. Starting October 9, all card types will qualify for Statement Credit, Gift Card, Travel, and Merchandise redemptions. There will be a small change in the points earn rate structure for the Visa Infinite Business* Cash Back Plus Card.
- Earn 6 points for every $2 of foreign currency purchases (previously 3 points for every $1)
- Earn 3 points for every $2 of all other purchases (previously 1.5 points for every $1)
Activating your new card is easy
Step 1: Call
Starting October 9, after 8 a.m., cardholders can activate new cards by calling 1 (877) 205-3142. It takes less than a minute. Tip: Call from your primary phone number.
If your cardholders haven’t received the replacement card, call 1 (866) 592-2226.
Step 2: Enjoy
Review your credit card account information through eZCard. Cardholders can register for eZCard portal starting October 9 – simply follow the instructions when you visit on eZCard. Start using your card right away and enjoy a wide range of exclusive benefits and rewards.
As of October 9, 2022, Collabria will no longer issue or manage your Meridian credit card. Meridian will assume a new role as a direct issuer under Visa, taking control of card servicing and operations.
In early October, you will receive a replacement Visa card in the mail, along with all the information you need to activate the card with one simple phone call.
September 6: Additional services associated with your current card will be paused between September 6 and October 10 (e.g., credit limit increases and product switches).
October 6: Rewards redemption on your current card will be paused from October 6 to 10. Accumulated points will transfer to your account by October 31.
October 7: Your embedded insurance provider will change, with enhancements to some coverages. Review the Notice of Insurance Change.
October 7: MyCardInfo will be disabled on October 7 and will be replaced with eZCard on October 9.
October 9: Old cards will stop working on October 9. Make sure to activate new cards starting October 9 after 8 a.m.
October 9: Your grace period will change from 25 days to 21 days. Review the full Visa Disclosure Statement.
Meridian is launching a new Visa card to ensure that our products reflect the great experience our Members have come to expect.
Cardholders of the new Meridian Visa will now benefit from the same high-quality service they’ve come to expect from Meridian. The new card will have the same great product features, including rewards and the number of cards.
Yes! Members will be receiving replacement cards by mail in late September 2022. They will need to activate the card once the card migration occurs on October 9, 2022.
New cards will have the same card numbers (PANs) but expiry dates and PINs will change.
Cardholders will be able to see all transactions from April 2022 to present.
The insurance and assistance services included with the credit will remain the same. However, we are making changes to the providers and enhancing some of the coverage.
