That means they’re focused on offering advice and not over-the-counter transactions.

- Get advice about all products and services, such as investments and mortgages
- Issuance of debit cards and drafts
- Help with digital options like online & mobile banking
- Full-service ABM (including Exchange Network)
- Access to night depository (at specific locations)
- Access to safety deposit box (at specific locations)

- Over the counter transactions, including:
- Deposits
- Withdrawals
- Cheque cashing
- Bill payments
- Foreign cash
- Wire transfers
