    • The purchase or improvement of land or buildings used for commercial purposes

    • The purchase or improvement of new or used equipment

    • The purchase of new or existing leasehold improvements (i.e. renovations to a leased property by a tenant)

  • How much money can I borrow with this loan?

    The borrower and lender will come to an agreement on an exact amount – the most you can finance with this loan is $1 million, only $350,000 of which can be used to finance the purchase or improvement of equipment and the purchase of leasehold improvements.
