Passionate small business mentor emphasizes open communication and working hard for Members to build trust

Nicole has been working in banking since 2011 and joined Meridian in 2014. Prior to working in banking, Nicole was always involved with small businesses. Small business is her passion, and she takes great pride in helping Members grow.

A people person by nature, Nicole believes strongly in the power of collaboration. Communication and conversation breed new ideas and possible paths to realizing goals and dreams. Trust is very important to Nicole. She works hard for her Members, so they can be confident in her as a reliable resource for guidance, information and solutions. 

When she’s not helping Members grow their small businesses, Nicole enjoys special time with her family, flexing her green thumb outdoors in the garden and satisfying her sporty side with softball.
