Brenda Burjaw

Commercial real estate expert leverages process and market knowledge to design creative financing solutions for Members.

For the past 22+ years, Brenda has been building her expertise in commercial real estate assets including retail, office, medical office, industrial, land and development. Her past roles have included commercial real estate appraisal, transaction management, analytics, portfolio management, relationship management, process development, joint venture documentation and team leadership.

Both creative and process-oriented, Brenda credits her Masters in Urban Planning along with her real estate sales training for how she approaches the design of financing solutions. Always resourceful, she leverages both her internal and external professional networks when devising solutions. She also relies heavily on best practices to ensure efficiency, minimal delays and consistency for Members. For Brenda, timing is everything. When a Member contacts her, she acknowledges the outreach immediately and responds quickly. She wants every Member to feel valued and important and have an expectation of quick response and high-level consistent service.

When she’s not helping Members grow their businesses, Brenda competes in powerlifting, enjoys visual arts and supports live music.
