In the eight years that Mila has been at Meridian, she has held roles in retail, commercial, cash management, and now, small business. Those varied roles have given her a unique perspective on how personal and business financial services intersect. She also has a deep understanding of Meridian’s product portfolio, enabling her to act as a single point of contact and advice for a broad array of small business requirements and solutions.

A skilled problem solver, Mila builds relationships with Members by working collaboratively to find solutions and dealing with situations as if she was in their shoes. Formerly a small business owner herself, Mila can relate to what her Members go through in terms of people management, difficult situations and maintaining professionalism in all aspects of the business. Personable and service oriented, Mila works to develop strong connections with her Members, so they have trust and confidence in the advice that she provides.

When she’s not helping Members grow their small businesses, Mila treasures time with her children, explores different countries and cultures, hikes in the great outdoors and captures moments and memories with her camera.
