Sandra has been working in the financial services industry for more than 15 years, with a dedicated focus on commercial/small business. As Manager, Small Business at Meridian, she works closely with her Members to understand their needs, clarify their objectives and recommend the right solutions to achieve them.

Committed to building trusted relationships with Members, Sandra emphasizes the importance of listening and curiosity. She gets to know each Member individually, so her advice is tailored to his/her personal and professional goals. Before she recommends any solution, she takes the time to ask questions and understand facts fully. With that knowledge, she can provide targeted recommendations and explain the rationale behind them if required. Highly organized, Sandra is an excellent time manager and deals with all requests promptly and thoroughly.

When she’s not helping Members grow their small businesses, Sandra enjoys time with family and friends.
