(“AFI”) is offering a cash bonus incentive (“Award”) with a value of up to $250 one-time payment for new and existing Members who set up a pre-authorized contribution (“PAC”) into an Aviso Wealth account at Meridian (the “Offer”).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE OFFER

The following eligibility criteria must be satisfied:

1. Be the age of majority in Ontario.
2. Be a legal resident of Ontario.
3. Be a new or existing Meridian Member in good standing (“Member”).
4. Be a new or existing nominee account holder with Aviso Wealth. Existing Aviso Wealth account holders who have had a PAC within the last 12 months are not eligible for this Offer.

QUALIFYING ACTIONS

5. If the Member is not an existing Aviso Wealth account holder, open a new nominee account at Aviso Wealth which may be any of the following (a) registered retirement savings plan account; (b) spousal registered retirement savings plan account; (c) tax free savings account; (d) registered education savings plan account; (e) registered disability savings plan account; (f) first home savings account (g) non-registered account. (each a “Qualifying Account”).
6. Make a minimum initial deposit of $250 (“Initial Deposit”) into the Qualifying Account.
7. Set up a new reoccurring PAC with a minimum monthly transfer of $25 to the Qualifying Account. The PAC must be maintained for three (3) consecutive months and any funds transferred must be held within the Qualifying Account to remain eligible for the Award payment (“Qualifying Period”). Any additional deposits that are not part of a regular PAC will not be eligible for the Offer.

FURTHER TERMS ON THE AWARD

1. The Award value will be determined based on the table below. If the Member’s PAC value is changed during the Qualifying Period, then the total Award will be prorated accordingly.

AWARD VALUATION AND PAYOUT

1. If a Member qualifies to receive the Award, the applicable Award will be paid into the Qualifying Account the following month after the third monthly pre-authorization contribution is received into the Qualifying Account. For example, if the Initial Deposit is paid on January 3^rd, 2026, the first PAC is received in January 2026, the second PAC is received in February 2026 and the third PAC is received in March 2026, the Award will be paid by Meridian on April 30, 2026 into the Qualifying Account. For Example:

1. The Award must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or assignable. No substitutes are permitted.

GENERAL TERMS

1. Only one Award per eligible Member will be awarded for the Offer.
2. This Offer, from time-to-time, may be combined with another Meridian promotion, rebate or incentive (“Combined Offer”).
3. If this Offer is part of a Combined Offer, this will be identified in a corresponding set of Terms and Conditions.
4. Participation in a Combined Offer is your acknowledgement that you have read the terms and conditions of both offers, and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of both offers.
5. Meridian reserves the right to alter, modify, or withdraw any Combined Offer at any time without notice.
6. The terms and conditions of this Offer, including the overall availability of the Offer, are subject to the absolute discretion of Meridian and may be changed by Meridian at any time without further notice. Meridian reserves the right at any time without prior notice and in its sole discretion, to add, alter or modify all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace this Offer, wholly or in part, with any other offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw this Offer altogether.
7. Meridian reserves the right to suspend, disqualify, limit or revoke this Offer to any Member it finds or believes to be manipulating or otherwise abusing the process, fairness, or integrity of the Offer.
8. Meridian shall have the exclusive right to determine the amounts, if any, payable under this Offer.
9. All Qualifying Accounts must be administered by Aviso Wealth and not by a third party such as a mutual fund company.
10. Only Meridian employees registered with Aviso Wealth will advise on investment decisions involving a Qualifying Account at Aviso Wealth.
11. The Aviso Wealth representative managing the Qualifying Account must be affiliated with Meridian.
12. By participating in this Offer, the Member agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meridian, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Releasees") from and against any and all claims, including legal fees and expenses on a full indemnity basis, that may be brought against or incurred by any of the Releasees as a result of or in connection with this Offer, any actions or omissions of the Member, or any breach by the Member of the terms and conditions governing this Offer. This indemnity shall survive the termination, completion or expiry of the Offer between Member and Meridian.
13. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Promotion, including any question regarding its existence, interpretation, validity, breach, or termination, shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario. By participating in this promotion, the member irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to the venue or jurisdiction of such courts. .
